Purpose

Workshops at X-Lab are topic-focused instructional events with a hands-on component. Over one or more events, participants are introduced to a topic and have an opportunity to explore it themselves by working on a well-defined task. For example, if the workshop introduces a particular tool, the participants are tasked with using that tool to make something.
